Deine Lehrerin f\u00fcr Yoga und Meditation<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Ajanta, Argyro Gerochristou,<\/strong> lebt seit ihrer Jugend im Einklang mit nat\u00fcrlichen Prinzipien. Sie erweitert kontinuierlich ihr Wissen in Naturheilkunde und praktiziert das Gelernte beruflich.<\/p>\n

Im Satyananda Ashram in Athen lernte sie die yogische Lebensweise kennen und wurde dort schon bald zertifizierte Yogalehrerin. Seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren unterrichtet sie Yoga, Pranayama und Meditation in ihrer Naturheilpraxis, in Villen und auf privaten Yachten.<\/p>\n

Die Kochk\u00fcnstlerin<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Agn\u0117 Au\u017eelyt\u0117<\/strong> ist K\u00f6chin und Tanzk\u00fcnstlerin und lebt zwischen Berlin und Amsterdam. Sie begann ihre kulinarische Reise im Ponderosa – einem Tanz- und Kunstzentrum in Deutschland – wo sie f\u00fcr drei Semester die K\u00fcche leitete und ein internationales Publikum von T\u00e4nzern, K\u00fcnstlern und Yogis bekochte. Seitdem hat Agn\u0117 Festivals, Ausstellungser\u00f6ffnungen, Modeschauen und andere Veranstaltungen professionell verpflegt.<\/p>\n

Agn\u0117 ist ebenfalls zertifizierte Yogalehrerin. W\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums in Kerala (S\u00fcdindien) begann sie sich f\u00fcr ayurvedische Philosophie zu interessieren, die sie in ihre K\u00fcche einflie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

Ihre Rezepte verreinenEinfl\u00fcsse aus verschiedenen K\u00fcchen und von K\u00f6chen, mit denen sie zusammengearbeitet hat. Sie hat daraus einen zeitgen\u00f6ssische Fusion-Stil entwickelt: minimalistisch und mutig in den Zutaten, aufregend im Geschmack und gut f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n
